Lost Season Return Policy

Size Exchanges:

Available within 3 days of receiving your order, subject to availability. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Exchanges are only accepted for size-related issues.

A nominal fee of ₹150 will be applicable on all exchange requests.

Product Exchanges:

We accept exchange requests for damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 3 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Returns & Cancellations:

We do not accept returns or cancellations. All sales are final.

Change of Mind:

We do not accept returns or refunds for a change of mind.

Refunds:

Refunds are only offered for damaged products or if a size exchange is unavailable. Refunds will be issued only as store credit.

To qualify for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition—unused, with tags attached, unaltered, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return/Exchange:

Contact us at support@lostseason.in within the specified time frame to initiate a return or exchange. Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and further instructions. Items sent back without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Sale Items and Gift Cards:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for sale items or gift cards.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your request. If approved, your refund will be processed as store credit within 7 business days.
